The coordinator who never made a mistake
I want to tell you about a pattern I have observed at clinical research sites for over 25 years. A coordinator finishes a monitoring visit. The monitor has reviewed 30 participant charts, verified source documents against the EDC, checked regulatory binders, and examined consent forms. The coordinator asks the question that coordinators always ask at the end: "How did it go?" The monitor says: "Looks good. Just a few minor findings."
