1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreeGCP Training ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (courses, content, and resources) on FreeGCP Training for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Course Access and Enrollment

Free Courses: Basic GCP training courses are available at no cost. By enrolling in free courses, you acknowledge that:

• Access is provided "as is" without guarantees
• Content may be updated or modified at any time
• Completion certificates are provided upon successful course completion

Premium Courses: Advanced and specialized courses require a paid subscription. Premium subscriptions include:

• Access to all premium course content
• Priority support
• Advanced features and resources
• Professional certificates

5. Payment Terms

For premium subscriptions and services:

• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of FreeGCP Training or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. User Content and Conduct

Users may submit content including forum posts, comments, and assignments. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
• Warrant that you own or control all rights to the content
• Agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights

9. Disclaimers

The materials on FreeGCP Training are provided on an 'as is' basis. 10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreeGCP Training or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on the Platform, even if FreeGCP Training or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

FreeGCP Training reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
